Fitzone Labs is a locally owned fitness program that takes the concept of personalized group fitness to another level. Very reasonably priced for the benefits of getting trained by Susan Kocab, a former professional fighter and fitness expert. The workouts are designed to be efficient but tough and well rounded. The gym is a quick drive from Summerlin and I look forward to the park workouts every week.
